Completed education in the field of personnel/human resources
Relevant work experience in personnel/human resources
Strong service orientation

Your Responsibilities

Point of contact for all employees regarding personnel matters
Responsibility for maintaining employee master data
Close collaboration with other departments such as payroll, retail management, and recruiting
Active participation and contribution to HR projects
Change management and process optimization of HR procedures
