The Staatsanzeiger is the leading media company in Baden-Württemberg with a diverse range of products for public administration. We enable administrations to conduct procurement electronically (eProcurement) with our solutions/systems and related services.


We are looking for a
PROCUREMENT ADVISOR (M/F/D) to join our team in Covington, IN as soon as possible on a full-time basis.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advising clients from the public sector on the preparation of procurement procedures
  • Taking on project management tasks related to the procedures
  • Managing project participants (e.g. public authorities, planners, consultants, lawyers)
  • Conducting procurement procedures (eProcurement) from the initiation phase to the award phase
  • Actively participating in the further development of the business area

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed training as a public administration clerk (m/f/d), degree in public management or comparable training and further education
  • Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge in the field of procurement procedures, preferably in the area of goods and services
  • High affinity for IT, experience with eProcurement solutions is desirable
  • Experience in the public sector is an advantage
  • Service and customeroriented attitude as well as communication and teamwork skills
  • Initiative, resilience, and independent, responsible and solutionoriented way of working, even in complex and timecritical projects
