You will start off at one of our existing studios and have the opportunity to take on a leadership role at one of our new studios.

Responsibilities:

  • Goal and serviceoriented management with a focus on business aspects
  • Planning, leading, and training the team of employees
  • Scheduling and conducting personal training sessions
  • Active support for our members
  • Organizing and implementing marketing activities, promotions, corporate fitness, and partnerships to attract new members
  • Actively contribute to the development of the FUTURE FIT concept with your own ideas
  • Administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the sports and health industry
  • Experience in EMS training
