Project Manager III

Duration: 12 Months

Remote

Job Description

Provide project management leadership, expertise, guidance and supervision during all project phases from initiation through end of life.
Development and maintenance of robust project schedules and resources plans required to deliver predictable outcomes.
Leads development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPI's) and metrics for complex projects.
Lead the process of planning, organizing, leading and reporting all project management activities through collaboration with cross functional teams.

Collaborates with internal customers and external partners, participating on cross functional project teams through all phases of the product and process development through commercialization, and supports technical teams with planning, execution, reporting and communication of Design and Reliability Assurance work products and deliverables.

Communicating with leadership to keep projects aligned with project goals and business expectations
Create and maintain the project schedule. Identify and evaluate necessary resources.
Communicate with team players and program managers.
Report project status to program manager and upper management.
Follow up on the project and task status.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required, with preference for Mechanical, Bio-Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 7+ years of Project Management experience is required.
Experience with the product development process in the medical device environment is preferred.
Understanding of principles of product design and qualification within the Medical Device industry.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
