- Oversees the daily workflow of associates in the Human Resources department and reports upward to Sr. HR Manager and VP
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Supports the entire recruiting lifecycle including, but not limited to recruitment, conducting interviews, and onboarding team additions.
- Talent & Performance Management:
- Works with functional business area leaders to facilitate constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Manages discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policy.
- Ensures policies are enforced and updated to reflect current marketplace trends and demands.
- Supports organizational design and structure strategies and implementation, including succession planning.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
- Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements across all states where the Company has operations.
- Development & Training
- Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events.
- Develops and implements training programs for companywide initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Consistent and on-time attendance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5-8 years of human resource experience including program management, with strategic talent acquisition and management
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with talent acquisition needs and employee relations at all levels.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high emotional IQ is necessary.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be a high performer in a dynamic, high volume, high touch environment juggling multiple balls often.
- Flexibility and adaptability required.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.

Our closed-loop anaerobic digestion process converts organic waste and cow manure into green electricity or renewable natural gas as well as other related "value-added" products. Our head office is in Weston Massachusetts, and we are funded by institutional capital partners. We currently have over twenty projects in development operating in over thirteen States. We have a plan to continue to aggressively expand into other domestic markets.
The Human Resources Manager executes human resources initiatives and operations for the Company. The Manager is responsible for supporting employee relations, executing benefits programs, talent acquisition and management programs, regulatory compliance, and all other areas of the human resources function.
