  • Managing the personnel department of the city of Bad Waldsee with 14 dedicated employees
  • Ensuring standardized, process-driven, and legally sound HR processes
  • Developing and implementing an employer branding and effective recruiting strategies
  • Managing job postings and implementing the staffing plan
  • Advising our managers on labor, service, and employee representation law
  • Shaping occupational safety, including leading the city's occupational safety committee
  • Collaborating closely with the city's employee council
  • Acting as a representative for the department head

Changes or additions to the job responsibilities may occur as needed.

  • Appropriate completed university degree for the job
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in all phases of the employee lifecycle
  • Thorough knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law, civil service and state employee representation law, as well as basic knowledge of social security law
  • Extensive experience in job management and personnel deployment planning
