For our TUI travel agency in the Mercado shopping center, we are looking for a Tourism Specialist / Travel Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in full-time or part-time (from 30 hours/week, flexible).

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Sales of tourist services from the entire product range
Competent consultation and enthusiasm of our customers
Active customer acquisition and retention through friendly and interactive customer communication (in person, by phone, email, internet & social media) as well as high service orientation
Correspondence with customers and service providers
Assistance in optimizing our work processes
Supporting the team with all tasks in the travel agency

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Completed training as a travel salesperson or tourism specialist
Professional experience in a full-service travel agency is an advantage, but beginners are also welcome
Extensive knowledge of the industry, products, and destinations
Proficiency in using reservation/booking systems
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Sales and consultation skills with a goal- and service-oriented approach
Interest in modern technology and multimedia communication
Communicative, dedicated personality with strong team spirit
