A large portion of consumer goods are protected and transported using corrugated cardboard packaging. Aquila GmbH's core competency lies in finding the right composition of corrugated cardboard for packaging and producing and delivering it to our customers in the shortest possible time. What they order today is usually at our customers' location by the day after tomorrow. As a highly modern and innovative company, we are always looking for new technologies and processes to improve the base material of corrugated cardboard.

To expand our team, we are currently looking for:

Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Personnel management responsibility and ensuring optimal use of personnel resources
Creating substitute schedules
Team performance evaluations
Employee discussions and evaluations
Training of new employees
Conducting shift meetings
Compliance with quality, production, and economic targets
Minimizing downtime during maintenance or technical malfunctions
Preventing hazards during commissioning, maintenance, repair, and downtime
Responsible for operating the corrugated cardboard system
Communication / coordination with sales, administration, and logistics
Compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations for employees
