Ticketing Employee (M/F/D):

Full-time, starting as soon as possible

Your tasks:


  • Administration, maintenance and management of the ticket system (Eventim Tixx and Microsoft Navision), as well as the access control system (Team Axess)
  • Administration, maintenance and management of the accreditation portal (Team Axess) for creating accreditations
  • General correspondence with customers and fans
  • Processing of VIP ticket orders
  • Processing of ticket orders
  • Liaison with other departments
  • Management and monitoring of ticket quotas
  • Deployment on home match days at BORUSSIA-PARK

Your skills:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree
  • Several years of experience in the ticketing field desired
  • Technical understanding and a high affinity for IT topics
  • Ideally, experience with Eventim Tixx and Microsoft Navision
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel (also other Office products such as Word, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on home match days for Borussia
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
