They have a very stable business, growing organically by referral business, having a few producers in the office; Very attractive culture filled with experienced leadership, collaborative team oriented, client and employee focused policies, patterns, with a focus on nurturing relationships encouraging client ownership, continued education and career development.
This role is that of a Benefits Account Management role, and is client facing, working with clients, the producer, and carriersThis is NOT a sales role, the focus is on 100% servicing existing clients.
They are DEFINITELY interested in seeing more experienced candidates and will compensate accordingly, or promoting an account assistant at another firm.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, bonuses and annual profit sharing.Job ResponsibilitiesManage the renewal process for a fitting book of businessCarrier NegotiationsConsult on Plan Design ChangesProvide communication on cross selling and upsellingQualifications3+ years of Benefits Account Management ExperienceExperience with Fully Funded Plans (Level and Self Insured experience would be a bonus, but is not necessary)Compensation will be competitive DOE, and includes an attractive, employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, & PTO packages.
