    Job Summary:

    We are a boutique wealth management company. Our clientele are high net worth individuals, business owners and families who seek our advice to help improve their financial planning and investment well-being. We are looking for a sophisticated, detail-oriented, service-minded individual with the ability to work well on our small team by supporting our advisors, team members and clients. We enjoy working together and are looking for another client service associate to help meet the needs of our growing client base.

    Responsibilities for a client service associate:

    • Create systems to track and set up investment transfer
    • Generate reports for advisor's meetings with clients
    • Answering service requests (ie emails and phone calls) from clients
    • Update pending business summary sheet. Keeping advisors aware of pending documents.
    • Update our CRM system
    • Drafting client letters
    • Filing and uploading correspondence and documents
    • Assist with coordinating materials for seminars
    • Suggesting system and workflow improvements
    • Anticipate advisor's and other staff members needs and handle them proactively

    Experience and requirements:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree; 2-3 years of professional experience.
    • Previous FINRA licensing, preferred.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and anticipate follow-up
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Ability to follow processes and systems
    • Strong communication and writing skills
