Our client in Oelsnitz is looking for Maintenance Technicians (m/f/d) in full-time for our location in New Houlka, MS.

  • Starting salary of at least €15.38/hour + shift bonuses

What you will do:

  • Independently perform preventive maintenance and repair work on automatically controlled media and production systems according to predetermined maintenance plans and regulations
  • Independently check machine logs for malfunctions
  • Investigate and resolve causes of malfunctions/errors while considering the interfaces of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, chemical, and electronic components
  • Independently collaborate with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to resolve malfunctions and adjust machine parameters
  • Process PLC program data (Siemens, Beckhoff)
  • Accurately document errors, including electronic documentation using common MS Office programs and PPS systems
  • Independently collaborate with the design team to optimize processes
  • Manage and optimize spare parts inventory, independently communicate with suppliers for technical matters
  • Independently perform planned and unplanned maintenance work in the production area, including functional testing
  • Document completed maintenance work in the required documents (e.g. maintenance logs, machine logs)
  • Independently install and replace spare and wear parts, and assist with machine and equipment component conversions/replacements
