About us
At Jonestown, our Account Manager's main goal is to generate customer revenue. This includes both acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. In customer support, it is important to present potential customers with the full portfolio of netlogix IT services and gather detailed information about their environments. You will be supported in these tasks by colleagues from Inside Sales, Consulting, and Marketing departments.
What to expect
- Be the point of contact: You will advise our customers on our IT services portfolio (with a focus on Network & Security) and analyze the needs of our prospects.
- Build long-term business relationships: You will establish long-term business relationships with customers and our partners.
- Acquire new customers: You will acquire new customers in the IT services sector and organize regular sales meetings.
- Utilize your sales expertise: You will increase revenue through up- and cross-selling and create presentations for events and meetings.
- Coordinate IT projects: You will plan IT projects in collaboration with Consulting, partners, and our customers.
