  • If you have not worked with Nursing Home Medicaid this job will not be for you. This job is not one where learning Nursing Home Medicaid for the first time would make sense.
  • We are looking for a
    Customer Experience Manager to work with our Nursing Home clients.
  • On site 2 days a week, remote the other days.
  • Some travel required.


What are the
Customer Experience Manager responsibilities? Well, the primary responsibility is ensuring that our customers have a great experience.

Along with that comes training our users, onboarding our clients, and working day to day with clients to help them achieve their goals.
