- Receives work assignments from Maintenance Lead persons.
- Performs the cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, offices, public areas, break rooms and cafeteria.
- Maintains, and insures a clean and orderly work area and that all maintenance actions are accomplished in a safe manner.
- Ensure all hazardous materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled for proper disposal.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of one year's experience performing similar work involving the use of various cleaning chemicals.
- A good working knowledge of cleaning methods, tools, materials, and equipment used in maintenance, repair, operation of public, private and/or business facilities.

- Attendance and punctuality at work are essential functions of this position.
