    The right candidate will have at least two years' experience as a personal lines customer service representative, with an active 4-40/2-20 insurance license. Good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently, willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

    Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

    • Minimum two (2) years as a personal lines customer service representative.
    • Strong oral, written, telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • Comfortable communicating with clients, senior level executives, and business owners.
    • Willingness to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients and producers.
    • Active 2-20 or 4-40 license.
