- 80% travel in the area, 20% desk work. Business trip is assigned as needed
- Report to office every morning. Schedule appointment and reaching out to clients
- Maintaining & developing relationships with new & existing customers
- Prepare, distribute, & coordinate sales contracts and associated forms to complete orders
- Maintains confidentiality of company and customers information; includes pricing, inventory, market share and other materials that can be used by competitors
- Recording sales & order information; sending copies to the sales office, and entering data
- Accurate record keeping within the company's programs and/or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Reviewing your sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above list
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship for employment visa status
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Able to lift over 40lbs
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Valid driver license & own transportation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to listen, follow and execute instructions
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills combined with an aptitude for multi-tasking
- Proven analytical and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and obtain desired results & achieve budget
