    The

    Director

    of

    Enrollment

    is a 12-month, full-time position. He/she reports to the

    Head

    of School and is a key member of the school's Leadership Team and Advancement Team. The

    Director

    of

    Enrollment

    is responsible for managing the recruitment, admission, and orientation process for prospective families as well as retention efforts for

    enrolled

    families.

    This role serves as the school's primary contact for prospective families and must positively project The Covenant School in a public-facing role.


    Requirements:
    Must demonstrate and articulate an authentic faith in Jesus Christ.
    Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a marketing, communications or education-related field
    Minimum of three years of successful, proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within an independent/Christian school
    Excellent interpersonal skills
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
    Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
    Proficient with Google productivity tools
    Creative, flexible, and energetic colleague sensitive to the history of the school.
    Collaborative, team player able and willing to contribute to the success of the mission of the school and team
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Serve as a member of the school's Leadership Team.
    Serve as a member of the school's Advancement Team
    Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the

    admissions

    process for families, including, but not limited to: tours, shadow days, interviews, testing, financial aid consideration, etc.
    Maintain relationships with other Nashville schools, as well as help shape and communicate the unique positioning of The Covenant School in relation to the Nashville market
    Serve as a chief point-of-contact for prospective families, introducing them to The Covenant School and actively engaging with them throughout the year, guiding them through the admission,

    enrollment , and orientation process.
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with feeder preschools, churches, and local businesses for admission purposes.
    Work with the

    Director

    of Communications to provide input for developing the annual strategic marketing/communication plan to support recruitment, re- enrollment , and increase community awareness in order to deliver inquiry growth and support

    enrollment

    goals.

    Establish a vision for and coordinate admission events, including but not limited to campus tours, open houses, admission coffees, and new parent events.

    Assist other Advancement Team members with event planning and implementation that further community at The Covenant School. The

    Director

    of

    Enrollment


    has a pivotal role in planning Orientation, Back-to-School events, the New Parent Social, and Spring welcome events for new families.

    Develop and implement a systematic and efficient process for prospective families to navigate the admission process from application submission to stage-by-stage communication, interviews, testing, securing necessary student credentials, and communicating final decisions to applicants and relevant school personnel.

    Partner with the Assistant

    Head

    of School to schedule and implement appropriate student admission testing.
    Manage and facilitate the school's involvement in the State of TN ESA program.
    Reconcile admission data with the business office according to an established schedule.

    Oversee maintenance of current data and notes in the student management system to produce relevant statistics and reports for admission purposes.

    This includes

    enrollment

    forecasting, prospect tracking, and analyzing retention/attrition.
    Communicate

    enrollment

    data to faculty and staff during key points of the year.
