So we're rebuilding it.The FP&A team is looking for a Product Finance Lead to help support our rapidly growing FinTech company.
The Product Finance Lead will build trusted relationships with key leaders by becoming a strategic thought partner and financial advisor to the business.
As a Product Finance Lead, you'll get to:Provide strategic insight and recommendations to the business on product based financial performance, KPIs, trends, and analytics.
Meet regularly with department leaders to manage expenses and product expectations.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into strategic issues to improve the collective understanding of risks and opportunities related to the business and products.
Analyze R&D resources and vendors to develop cost reduction roadmaps and strategies.Assist with Audits and help with audit items resolution from internal, external auditors and regulators.
Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more
Your experience should include:8+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to learn complex new technologies and processesDemonstrated ability to "parachute in" to a new situation and drive analyses in ambiguous situationsExcellent program management and modeling skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfort working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several stakeholder groupsAbility to "roll up sleeves" and go deep into the business analytics, understanding details while managing executive-level communication.
