Director, Product & Engineering

Monster is looking for a Director of Product & Engineering to join our IAF team Work closely with other business units to achieve alignment on business goals and priorities and solicit input from multiple channels for product enhancements.

Oversee the software system architecture and provide technical expertise on development and design.
Give guidance and direction of day-to-day tasks for the engineering and product teams.
Effectively manage team members and support personnel career development and growth.

7-10+ years of experience within the engineering and product fields
Experience with multiple programming languages: Java, PHP, Ruby, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, shell scripting
Software security knowledge and experience
Network and Unix system administration experience

Relation databases:
NoSQL databases: Experienced within personnel management, development, and career growth
Proficiency in creating software requirements
Roadmap management and planning
