    Description
    GEE Group is excited to partner with a forward-thinking company in search of a Product Engineer. This position is all about managing projects, leading the way for new product introductions to our team and customers alike. In addition, the Product Engineer will have a key role in building and maintaining relationships with important decision-makers, ensuring the smooth progress of projects and fostering long-lasting partnerships throughout the product lifecycle.


    Design/CAD:
    • Translate initial concepts (ICD) into manufacturing drawings.
    • Get approvals from PM, TTC, and manufacturing.

    On-site R&D/Testing/Production Coordination:
    • Handle R&D panel requests and production schedules.
    • Supervise product shipment and inspection to test site vendors.
    • Oversee R&D and production builds.

    Inventory/Supply Chain Management:
    • Manage inventory effectively.
    • Keep track and provide weekly reports on purchase orders.
    • Convert POs and bids into production items.
    • Collaborate with PM to ensure timely material orders for production.

    Miscellaneous:
    • Source products for production improvement.
    • Create sales/spec sheets for existing product lines.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
    • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Previous experience in R&D, testing, and production coordination is a plus.
