    Remx is seeking a Buyer for our client in the Huntington Beach area. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity. Monday-Friday 7:00 to 4:00 pm/ 6:00am to 3:00pm paying $31hrly.


    Position Overview:


    We are looking for a qualified Buyer with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing procurement.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.


    Responsibilities:
    Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms for the procurement of goods and services.

    Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

    Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

    Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.

    Stay informed about industry trends, product availability, and new technologies that may impact procurement strategies.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry.

    Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement software.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
