    Role Overview:

    • Responsible for maintaining the desktop and server software environment along with business applications.
    • Engage in regression testing, issue resolution, and operational support for critical applications.
    • Design, implement, integrate, and support new desktop and server applications.
    • Lead full life-cycle projects, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery.
    • Provide 3rd level escalation support and act as the System Engineer for firm applications.
    • Adhere to industry best practices and software development life cycle methodologies.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with Document Management Systems and Intapp products is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, network connectivity, software configuration, Microsoft Office, SQL databases, and more.
    • Ability to define project scope, multitask effectively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
