    Join Our Team as a LVN Detox Technician at XYZ Recovery Center!


    POSITION SUMMARY

    As a LVN Detox Technician, you will play a crucial role in supervising clients during detoxification and residential protocols. Your responsibilities include conducting admissions, medication management, client assessments, facility maintenance, and crisis intervention. You will also be responsible for facilitating groups and maintaining client schedules.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct client admissions and orientations
    • Adhere to client care standards
    • Document client progress and maintain facility cleanliness
    • Facilitate groups and maintain client schedules
    • Communicate effectively with staff and clients
    • Perform crisis interventions when necessary

    Competencies:

    Ability to multitask, delegate effectively, and maintain high standards of client care. Desire to support individuals in their recovery journey from chemical dependency.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Active Nursing License
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field preferred
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in client management software
    • LVN license, valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification
    • Must pass drug screenings and have negative TB test results

    Physical Demands:

    Frequent activities include standing, walking, sitting, and handling objects. Occasional activities include reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

    Work Environment:

    You will primarily work day and night shifts in a residential detox facility. Your duties may include driving clients to appointments and outings. The work environment can vary from quiet office settings to more moderate noise levels in different areas of the facility.
