    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Experience in conflict resolution
    • Hold a valid California driver's license

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct 30-minute rounds and prepare reports for all clients
    • Perform client assessments based on specific protocols
    • Monitor clients in self-administration of medications
    • Track and document shift activities
    • Handle crisis interventions as necessary
    • Maintain cleanliness of the facility
    • Ensure compliance with facility regulations
    • Perform controlled medication counts during shift changes
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Adhere to CARF and DHCS care standards

    Job Type: Full-time
    Salary: $20.00 per hour
    Schedule: 8-hour shifts with overtime opportunities and bonuses. This role is ideal for those seeking career advancement in the future.
