We are seeking a highly dedicated and compassionate Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our dynamic team in the assisted living industry.
This individual will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations of our assisted living community, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.
This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in nursing leadership, assisted living, and medication program management.

The Nursing Supervisor (RN) will work Sunday-Thursday first shift.Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring all residents receive high-quality care and services.
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive medication program, ensuring all residents receive their medications as prescribed and in accordance with state regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of nursing staff, providing ongoing training and support to ensure they deliver the highest standard of care.
Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents, their families, and staff.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to develop individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities and nursing care.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns or complaints, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
3+ years of experience in nursing leadership, preferably in an assisted living or similar setting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Solid understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities and nursing care.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to resident concerns or complaints.
Passionate about providing high-quality care and improving the lives of residents.
