    AccountabilitiesGrow awareness of BioLife and of plasma donation overall and create consumer advocacy, inspiring plasma donation evangelismDevelop and execute comprehensive donor acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging a mix of traditional media, social media, and digital tactics to drive measurable resultsDrive plasma donation center performance through center segmentation, re-segmentation, and counter strike activities and strategiesExplore and implement innovative marketing tactics to maximize donor acquisition and volume growthLead the identification and prioritization of target donor segments, conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand donor behaviors, preferences, and trends, thereby informing strategic decision-makingContinuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and ROI across various channels, utilizing data-driven insights and A/B testing methodologies to refine tactics, enhance targeting, and improve campaign effectivenessEstablish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track progress towards acquisition goals, regularly communicating insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocationLead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance on campaign execution across various channelsCollaborate cross-functionally with customer experience, customer service, operations, technology, and forecasting teams to ensure marketing efforts support business growthManage key agency relationships and ensure efficiency and effectiveness across marketing spendDimensions & AspectsLead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional and digital media, social media, and out-of-home/experiential marketingEnsure that messaging, creative assets, and donor segmentation align with acquisition objectives and brand guidelinesConduct regular performance reviews of ongoing marketing campaigns across various channels to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvementMonitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster community engagement, respond to inquiries, and address customer feedback promptly, maintaining a positive brand image and driving brand advocacyAnalyze website traffic and user behavior data using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to identify opportunities for optimization, such as improving site speed, enhancing user experience, or refining keyword targeting for SEOCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as advertising agencies or media vendors, to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materialsLead brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings with the marketing team to generate new ideas, test hypotheses, and explore innovative approaches to donor acquisitionProvide guidance and support to team members, offering feedback on their work, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledgePrepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, campaign results, and actionable insights to senior management, demonstrating the impact of acquisition efforts on business objectives and informing strategic decision-makingContinuously monitor and optimize advertising budgets and spending allocations across channels to maximize ROI, reallocating resources as needed based on performance data and shifting market dynamicsKey Skills, Abilities, and CompetenciesProven ability to collaborate, establish trust and demonstrate a high level of humility, integrity and discretionSignificant experience working with and/or leading cross-functional and global teamsAbility to build strong relationships and interact with all levels within the organization, including top leadershipDemonstrated executive presence and experience managing high-touch relationships and highly sensitive business matters involving strategy and planningStrong organization skills, ability to influence and negotiate competing priorities with successStrong interpersonal skills reflecting cultural awareness and sensitivities, unique ability to manage group/team dynamics, and conflict resolutionPolished communications and presentation skills, including written and oral communication of executive level information and recommendations;     Primary interaction will be with BioLife Marketing, Operations, functional heads, and other BioLife team members within headquarters and plasma centers.

    Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA may be preferred, particularly if it includes coursework or specialization in digital marketing, media management, or related disciplinesProven track record of at least 12-15 years in media, marketing strategy, or related rolesIdeal candidate should possess a combination of hands-on experience, strategic vision, and deep expertise in media planning and execution, along with a solid educational foundation to support their leadership role in driving customer acquisition initiatives effectivelyStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; hands-on experience with marketing attribution and channel performance analysisStrong leadership skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams on leading global brandsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and ability to translate consumer insights and data into actionable marketing strategiesStrong business acumen and financial understanding to assess marketing ROI and optimize resource allocationEffective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

    S Base Salary Range:
    $205, $322,300.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
