- Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients
- Process orders and coordinate equipment delivery for patients
- Deliver top-notch customer support
- Offer financial guidance to patients when necessary
- Monday to Friday with various 8-hour shifts between 8am and 7pm
- Options include 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 10am-7pm
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Data entry skills
- Familiarity with customer support and call center operations
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Prior involvement with Microsoft Office software
- Previous exposure to healthcare settings
- Experience in handling inbound calls
- Knowledge of medical terminology, particularly for candidates with CNA background
