- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our PPC strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, and proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in PPC advertising.
- Being fluent in Spanish is a HUGE plus.

Position Overview:
As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads and maximize our online visibility. Compensation: $120, $200,000.00 per year
