    This individual assists in the training, cross-training, and development of a specified sales team. Develop effective sales team staff by communicating expected performance standards, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching, and mentoring. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Assist a team of Sales Representatives with customers when needed in order to ensure the sale of vehicles.
    QualificationsPrevious auto sales experience required.
    Supervisory experience preferred.
