We are a prominent real estate firm in Mexico, boasting the highest sales figures in the region. This role is commission-based with a flexible schedule. However, as a sales team leader, the earning potential is substantial (averaging 25k monthly). It's crucial to note that while this opportunity may initially be supplementary income (depending on your time management), nurturing a thriving sales team for significant revenue generation will demand a considerable time investment (our top-performing full-time managers earn an average of 50k monthly). We are Ciudad Maderas, the premier land company in Mexico and one of the leading real estate enterprises in the nation. Noteworthy for being the first real estate entity to sponsor a Major League Baseball team (San Diego Padres and Houston Astros), we are now eyeing sponsorship of one of the Miami-based teams in 2025 (Marlins, Miami Heat, Inter, or Dolphins).

Our unique proposition lies in enabling clients worldwide to own land in Cancun and the Mexican Caribbean starting from $140 monthly. With 40 years of industry experience, we have successfully executed over 29 projects nationwide, ranging from approximately 4,000 lots to our flagship project in Cancun featuring 32,000 lots.

Embarking on our expansion journey to Miami, we are on the lookout for adept team leaders to spearhead our sales teams, serving as the inaugural managers and future directors in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening the Florida market through participation in expos, trade shows, conferences, event hosting, networking, etc.
Recruiting and training sales teams.
Devising and implementing sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Prior sales background essential (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams.
Keenness to broaden your horizons and join the elite sales teams advocating our projects in Florida.
Proficiency in commission-based roles.
Understanding of investment principles.
