Join us at HDI AG in Delray Beach. Within the HDI Group, we combine tasks for private and commercial insurance companies as well as industrial insurance. This position can be filled full-time or part-time (up to 38 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies and concepts
  • Plan communication measures in the context of change activities with cultural and organizational character
  • Organize and conduct events related to agile transformation, including large events such as town hall meetings, program increment planning, trade show formats, etc.
  • Support and manage complex communication projects
  • Create and prepare texts for various media using storytelling techniques
  • Select and use appropriate media to convey changerelated content (intranet, newsletters, videos, etc.) and further develop existing formats
Profile

  • Completed degree, preferably with a focus on communication
  • Several years of professional experience in agile transformation in a (large) corporation, ideally in corporate communication
  • Confident and proactive communication with different target groups and stakeholders
  • Affinity for an environment that demands agility, commitment, creativity, and personal responsibility
  • Ability to think ahead and beyond boundaries
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills for tasks and projects.
