As an employee (m/f/d) in the team of personnel development, you will support us in the field of (further) education and leadership, both in operational and conceptual tasks. Your main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Developing target group-specific didactic training concepts and implementing them in presence and e-learning units
  • Designing and implementing a consistent knowledge management structure
  • Conducting and moderating workshops
  • Providing internal coaching and team development processes
  • Taking on projects

What you should bring

To perform this role, you should have a completed degree in educational science, adult education, educational management, or a similar field of study. Ideally, you have also completed additional training as a coach, trainer, or moderator. With your previous professional experience in a similar position, you have practical knowledge in designing and creating traditional learning and e-learning formats, as well as in moderating and conducting workshops.

Your work style is structured and analytical, allowing you to quickly and comprehensively familiarize yourself with complex tasks. You are not easily deterred, even when the daily routine is a bit chaotic. As a communicative, sociable, and creative person, you know how to manage your daily business and always keep an overview.
