Founded in 2005, IOC Trucking, L.L.C. is a hauling company based in McAllen, TX. We have a strong reputation in the transportation infrastructure market and a history of top performance. Our core values include integrity, honesty, and dedication to providing superior quality to our clients. With a focus on managing every aspect of each project, we have successfully completed a wide range of projects, from small site developments to multimillion dollar road infrastructure projects. We use the latest technology in the industry to ensure efficient production of high quality projects. In addition to our contracting services, we also produce sand, gravel, flex base (caliche), and other construction materials.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager at IOC TRUCKING, L.L.C. located in McAllen, TX. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff and resources, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications

Experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Proficiency in computer software and systems
Ability to work well in a team and lead by example
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
