For over 80 years, Kock-Siedlung has been building and managing apartments in these locations, with a focus on Neumünster/Boostedt (Schleswig-Holstein) and Stellingen/Alt-Osdorf, Nienstedten and Ottensen (Hamburg).

In addition to developing commercial and residential properties, the company's core activities include building and managing assisted and independent living facilities for seniors, retail spaces, medical and office spaces, leasing of agricultural land, and artisan spaces. Main Responsibilities

The job of a real estate clerk is diverse, exciting, and broad. The 3-year training program ends with the examination and attainment of the recognized qualification "Real Estate Clerk" (IHK).

The training provides in-depth and comprehensive insights into the housing industry, ranging from the traditional rental process to processes in accounting and controlling, as well as the preparation of operating cost statements and experience in the technical and construction fields.
