We stand for multi-professional treatment concepts for our patients and provide medical, therapeutic, and nursing care in harmony.


Your new tasks:

  • Coordination and development of the department's employees
  • Representation of the Head of Social Services in their absence
  • Conceptual work, organization, and implementation of employee evaluations
  • Participation in and conducting of job interviews
  • Support and counseling for patients and their families on all social issues during their stay
  • Close collaboration with the treatment team within the structured discharge management of clients
  • Coordination of support processes between all parties involved inside and outside the clinic

Your profile:

  • You have a completed university degree in social work and ideally have some experience in the social services of a hospital
  • You have a sensitive and empathetic approach and a friendly, patientoriented demeanor
  • You are eager to continue developing and take on leadership tasks
  • We believe you are a good fit for our team if you embody values such as openness, reliability
