Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for conducting tests and repairs on assembled circuit boards using test computers, flying probes, and AOI.
  • You will be in charge of commissioning and functional testing of circuit boards.
  • You will perform repair work (rework) at a skilled worker level, after analyzing errors using schematics and incircuit testers, on assembled circuit boards.
  • Additionally, your tasks will include visually inspecting and repairing assembled circuit boards and assemblies.

Your Profile:


  • You have completed training as an electronics technician for devices and systems, communication electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have gained initial experience in assembly, soldering of SMD and conventional components, as well as in troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies at the component level using schematics and measuring tools.
  • You have a good understanding of using soldering irons and other soldering equipment.
  • Previous practical experience with handling incircuit testers and AOI is advantageous.
  • You have expertise in electronics, from conventional technology to digital technology and microprocessor technology, as well as indepth knowledge of components.
  • You also have some experience with acceptance criteria for assembled printed circuit boards, such as IPC A 610.
  • You have a good understanding of ESD protection measures.
  • You have good knowledge of German.
  • You are proficient in using standard office software.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience with Babtec and FOSS.
  • You are willing to work in shifts.
