We are looking for individuals who are willing to build strong relationships with children in difficult situations.

Our children and youth, aged 3 to 14, live in three mixed-age and gender residential groups.


Your responsibilities:


  • Accompanying children and youth during bedtime routines
  • Providing care for children during the night if needed
  • Waking up, preparing breakfast, packed lunches, etc.
  • Flexible working hours between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM (including weekends)

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in pedagogy or at least advanced studies (5th semester or higher) or a completed training as a (therapeutic) educator with state recognition
  • Experience working with children and youth
