Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our growing manufacturing asset management team based at our Pueblo, Co facility.
As the Maintenance Planner, you will use your strong maintenance planning skills to develop plans for Maintenance Repairs and Operations activities, routine inspections, predictive, and preventive maintenance for assigned assets.

Assist in developing maintenance budgets including CAPEX repair projects
Prepare weekly schedules for routine maintenance downturns and major equipment shutdowns
Conduct regular meetings with maintenance and operations departments to establish maintenance work priorities, as well as coordinate and schedule equipment maintenance activities
Assists in Development of and maintaining an electronic library of procedures, Job Safety Analyses (JSA's), checklists, drawings, contractor scopes, etc.
, Monitor and prepare regular reports on key maintenance metrics including downtime and cost summaries, schedule compliance, and PM complianceSupport Maintenance Supervisor in execution of maintenance schedules and report on performance to continuously improve the accuracy of work plans
Train maintenance staff as required
High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years' experience working as an Industrial Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Technologist, Journeyman Electrical or Mechanical Tradesperson or as Maintenance Facility Coordinator in an industrial manufacturing environment
Familiarity with condition based monitoring tools (vibration analysis, thermographic imaging, ultra sound, laser alignment, etc.)
Thorough understanding of manufacturing equipment technologies, limitations, and their effect on safety, quality, productivity and cost
Strong technical writing skills and computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Strong history of utilizing CMMS system for planning – Oracle eAM preferred
Highly organized with an attention to detail in the administration of projects
Typical administrative / office environment: no exposure to adverse environmental conditions
