    Job Summary/ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our growing manufacturing asset management team based at our Pueblo, Co facility.

    As the Maintenance Planner, you will use your strong maintenance planning skills to develop plans for Maintenance Repairs and Operations activities, routine inspections, predictive, and preventive maintenance for assigned assets.

    If you meet our qualifications and like the idea of applying your experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment for a leading manufacturing company, we want to talk to youDevelop work plans for maintenance activities containing appropriate work instructions, labour estimates, material, and tool requirements to ensure the safe and efficient execution of MRO, CBM, PM activities of assigned assetsAssist in developing maintenance budgets including CAPEX repair projectsPrepare weekly schedules for routine maintenance downturns and major equipment shutdownsConduct regular meetings with maintenance and operations departments to establish maintenance work priorities, as well as coordinate and schedule equipment maintenance activitiesAssists in Development of and maintaining an electronic library of procedures, Job Safety Analyses (JSA's), checklists, drawings, contractor scopes, etc., that can aid future iterations of same or similar jobsMonitor and prepare regular reports on key maintenance metrics including downtime and cost summaries, schedule compliance, and PM compliance Support Maintenance Supervisor in execution of maintenance schedules and report on performance to continuously improve the accuracy of work plansTrain maintenance staff as requiredSkills/ExperienceHigh school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of five (5) years' experience working as an Industrial Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Technologist, Journeyman Electrical or Mechanical Tradesperson or as Maintenance Facility Coordinator in an industrial manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with condition based monitoring tools (vibration analysis, thermographic imaging, ultra sound, laser alignment, etc.)



    Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawingsThorough understanding of manufacturing equipment technologies, limitations, and their effect on safety, quality, productivity and costStrong technical writing skills and computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS OutlookStrong history of utilizing CMMS system for planning - Oracle eAM preferredGood problem solving and analytical skillsProven teamwork, demonstrated written and oral communication skillsHighly organized with an attention to detail in the administration of projectsWork Environment/Physical RequirementsTypical administrative / office environment:
    no exposure to adverse environmental conditionsCompensation$80,000 - $82,000 per yearOpen &
