About Us:

We, as a property management company based in Berlin, are a young, experienced, and reliable team in the field of property management.

We also offer services in the areas of facility management, project management, portfolio management, and warranty management.

Our management portfolio includes both condominium buildings and rental apartments, as well as office and commercial properties, which is constantly growing.

To strengthen our team, based in Grunewald, we are currently looking for a versatile (m/f/d) in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of all tasks related to renovation, refurbishment, and expansion
Acting as a substitute for other properties
Conducting repair work
Monitoring and coordinating construction measures
Light cleaning tasks in common areas and gardening work
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8 am 5 pm, with oncall duty
Occasional installation assignments throughout Germany

Qualifications:

Professional experience in the crafts and construction sector
Good technical and manual skills
Flexibility and willingness to work
Driver's license
