What is your role and surroundings?


Our Faurecia Mercedes-Benz Sales Unit is seeking a VIE Sales Engineer m/f to join our Customer's Office in Böblingen (Stuttgart area), Germany.


The VIE Sales Engineer will work closely with and learn from the Program Sales Lead MBAG at Faurecia Automotive Seating.

They will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for various commercial management objectives during their employment.

The VIE will begin with an orientation phase supporting the Sales Department.

Once they have completed onboarding for sales fundamentals, they will have the opportunity to manage specific sales tasks with the support of their N+1.

An intercultural background, including proficiency in German language and cultural understanding, would be beneficial in supporting the Program Team and collaborating with our central functions.

We also offer support for the VIE's development and deepening of their understanding of German culture and language during their mission.

This combination creates potential for a future career path within Faurecia.

Depending on the candidate's interests and development, there is potential for an extension of the initial 12-month mission for an additional 12 months at our Böblingen Customer's Office, with different sales experiences in another project or scope, to ensure full development as a potential Sales Engineer within Faurecia.
