    Job Opportunity – Telemetry Progressive Care RN – North Carolina

    Start Date: March 9, 2026
    Location: Asheville, North Carolina
    Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
    Schedule: Every other weekend required; no on-call duties

    Highlights:

    • 20-bed inpatient overflow unit with mixed medical-surgical and step-down level care
    • Patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6 depending on acuity
    • Short-stay focus with approximately 24-hour length of stay and quick turnover
    • All telemetry patients hardwired to bedside monitors for continuous monitoring
    • EMR system: Cerner
    • Collaborative team environment with charge nurse, RN, and CNA support on every shift

    Requirements:

    • Current RN license
    • Telemetry competency required
    • Progressive care or step-down experience required
    • Recent progressive care experience strongly preferred
    • BLS and ACLS certifications required
    • Willingness to float to other units as needed
