- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Previous experience in hotel Front Desk and with Hilton brand is a plus
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out, ensuring positive experiences
- Complete registration process accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Communicate guest information effectively to relevant departments
- Provide information about the hotel, local area, and amenities
- Maintain guest and hotel information confidentiality
- Document guest requests and issues promptly
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly
- Generate daily and weekly reports
- Resolve discrepancies with Housekeeping
- Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, and promotions
- Answer telephone calls professionally and promptly
- Follow hotel safety policies and procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized
- General knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Ability to handle various customer situations tactfully
- Ability to detect emergency situations
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Regular attendance and flexibility with varied shifts required
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
