    Description

    The Director of Finance is responsible for providing strategic oversight and direction in forecasting, annual planning, and variance analysis. This key role involves ensuring effective decision-making, offering vision to the organization by building and analyzing financial models, forecasting business and economic conditions, and communicating business results to senior leadership. Additionally, the Director of Finance will play a crucial part in evaluating both internal and external strategic investment opportunities, analyzing key metrics, and driving desired results.

    In this position, the Director of Finance will collaborate closely with business leaders, external advisors, and senior management, working to achieve organizational goals.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance required; master's degree preferred
    • 10+ years of finance data analysis with 2-3 years of extensive financial modeling experience
    • Prior experience in financial due diligence
    • Experience in consumer-packaged goods companies highly desirable
    • Experience with SAP S4 HANA Financial Systems preferred
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiating skills
    • Effective communication and strategic planning abilities
    • Adaptability in a dynamic environment
    • Proven motivational and inspirational team leadership
    • Integrity, excellent judgment, and attention to detail
