This is a full-time position reporting to our office in Middleboro, MA.Primary Job Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service by answering all incoming calls warmly and professionally, ensuring prompt redirection to the appropriate internal contact.
Greeting and assisting clients visiting our office, ensuring they receive a positive and helpful experience.
Processing client payments accurately and efficiently.
Managing client appointments across multiple locations.
Taking ownership of additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating attention to detail and follow-through.
Coordinating supply requests for your location, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintaining a tidy and professional front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Reporting building issues promptly and accurately to the appropriate contacts.
Undertaking special projects as directed by our leadership team.
Utilizing downtime to contribute to data cleanup efforts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements :
High School Diploma/GED
Associates Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred
Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a specified office
Rotating virtual Saturday and Thursday night shifts
Client facing and location-based position
Must have a professional and friendly demeanor
Must report to work in appropriate professional attire
