    Employee Experience Specialist

    with knowledge of all matters concerning Career Growth & Development, and Training & Learning.

    Director of Human Resources & People Operations

    Supervises:
    N/A

    Location:
    Colorado Springs, CO, must be able to work on-site.

    Career Level :
    Individual Contributor (exempt)

    Pay Rate :
    $72,715 - $93,513

    Minimum :
    Bachelor's degree or equivalency preferred.
    3-5 years in career adult learning, development, learning, classroom, and virtual

    instruction/training

    delivery.


    Preferred:
    Experience in private and publicly traded organizations preferred.

    Role:
    As an

    Employee Experience Specialist,


    you will leverage your broad knowledge and experience in Career Growth & Development and Learning & Training to support and improve staff performance, career growth, leadership capabilities, and succession planning, while getting opportunities to share our employment brand in the community.


    Employee Experience Specialist responsibilities include:


    Responsible for administering career growth and development learning programs for Challenger Group Support, LLC, The Challenger Group and other entities.

    Classroom

    Trainer/Facilitator

    for the TCG Academy, KASH and other training courses
    Facilitates New Hire Orientation & Manages Onboarding Programs
    Administers the 4DX Program
    Administers the Quarterly Individual Goal Plans (IGPs)
    Assists employees in obtaining, tracking, and collecting of certifications
    Tracks Day Plans
    Administers the Mentorship Program
    Responsible for leading Internship Programs
    May Administer Employee Surveys
    Attends Career/Job Fairs
    Communicates with local High School and Colleges as our career liaison
    Facilitates Succession Planning Exercises/Tracking


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalency preferred.
    Must be able to work in-person (opening is not remote).
    Minimum of three to five (3-5) years in career adult learning, development, learning, classroom, and virtual

    instruction/training

    delivery.
    Experience in private and publicly traded organizations preferred.
    Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e-learning platforms preferred.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement.
    Familiarity with multimedia tools preferred.
    Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects.
    Ability to work independently and well with others in a highly team-focused, collaborative environment.
    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary.
    Proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Word for Windows).
    Demonstrated ability to prioritize and administer multiple tasks.
    Commitment to excellence and desire to create positive learning experiences.
    Skilled in exercising a high degree of orderliness.
