- Responsible for administering career growth and development learning programs for Challenger Group Support, LLC, The Challenger Group and other entities.
- Classroom Trainer/Facilitator for the TCG Academy, KASH and other training courses
- Facilitates New Hire Orientation & Manages Onboarding Programs
- Administers the 4DX Program
- Administers the Quarterly Individual Goal Plans (IGPs)
- Assists employees in obtaining, tracking, and collecting of certifications
- Tracks Day Plans
- Administers the Mentorship Program
- Responsible for leading Internship Programs
- May Administer Employee Surveys
- Attends Career/Job Fairs
- Communicates with local High School and Colleges as our career liaison
- Facilitates Succession Planning Exercises/Tracking

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e-learning platforms preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement.
- Familiarity with multimedia tools preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and well with others in a highly team-focused, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary.
- Proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Word for Windows).
