    **Description**

    As a Customer Service Associate you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression to customers through friendly and courteous service. This position is a great way to start a fulfilling career at Capitol Federal and can provide you with the skills you need for advancement within the bank.

    This is a Part-Time position working up to 34 hours a week. Flexibility is required to work as needed to ensure adequate staffing for training or employee absences. This location is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to Noon.

    A typical schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday 11:30AM to 5:30PM, Friday 11:30AM to 6:00PM and every Saturday 8:30AM - 12:00PM.

    ****Customer Service Associates are Responsible For:****

    Helping customers meet their financial goals by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service

    Processing customer transactions

    Actively support our customers by identifying customer needs and suggest banking products and services for their solution

    Counting cash and balancing a drawer

    Maintaining bank and customer records

    ****Qualities We Look For:****

    Outgoing and a great attitude; able to talk with clients to build relationships

    Technologically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems

    Ability to adapt to change

    ****Ideal Candidates Should Have:****

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    At least six months of experience in customer service; cash handling is preferred

    Strong attention to detail
