As a Customer Service Associate you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression to customers through friendly and courteous service. This position is a great way to start a fulfilling career at Capitol Federal and can provide you with the skills you need for advancement within the bank.
This is a Part-Time position working up to 34 hours a week. Flexibility is required to work as needed to ensure adequate staffing for training or employee absences. This location is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to Noon.
A typical schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday 11:30AM to 5:30PM, Friday 11:30AM to 6:00PM and every Saturday 8:30AM - 12:00PM.
