Job DescriptionOpened in 2017, Ricochet offers a menu of creative, thoughtfully delivered food with a complex flavor profile, all wrapped in an unassuming taco. Our menu features fresh, high-quality ingredients. The attention to detail extends the menu, from house smoked meats, salsas, hot sauces, to a specialized offering of unique craft cocktails featuring high-quality spirits, and much more. Ricochet currently has two locations - Valparaiso and Crown Point.

Line Cooks at Ricochet are responsible for planning, preparing and cooking menu items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests. Duties include preparing menu items using various equipment including a grill, fryer and a combi oven. You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen organized and running efficiently while ensuring proper food handling, sanitation and food storage procedures. Ricochet features open kitchens and you will be expected to work effectively with the front-of-the-house team in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
